All charges are in $AU dollars. There may or may not be an additional charge applied by your financial institution if other currencies are used.

Delivery Policy
After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from eWAY containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will attempt to contact you within 2 working days if you have purchased consulting services to arrange a scheduled time that suits you.
If you have purchased a downloadable item and it has not been delivered, (OR) there is any problem with your account, please contact us at [email protected]
Refund & Returns Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we provide a no questions asked 30 day money-back guarantee from the time you signup for your consulting services program. Feedback will be requested but there’s no obligation within the first 30 days.
If at any stage you wish to cancel your consultancy services you must advise Renee Chanelle via email and allow a minimum of 7 days for any scheduled payments to be stopped.
Please email us at [email protected] within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can attempt to resolve any problems.
When this refund policy does not apply:
- for consultancy services already provided.
- If the complaint relates to clients who have not followed advice provided and have not done the work advised. Results are dependent on client input & action. The quality of information provided to the consultant is imperative to the process.
- Downloadable information products are not refundable, however, please get in touch via email & advise of your concerns. A consultation may be provided free of charge to assist you with any concerns; this is completely at the discretion of Renee Chanelle and is not a guaranteed outcome of any complaints.
- Services already provided are non-refundable.
